Monday 4th December 2023 - School & Nursery Open

With the current weather forecast appearing to be fairly accurate, school and the nursery will be open tomorrow, Monday 4^th December 2023.

Please be aware that road conditions near to school may not be fully clear of snow. Today, Darley Abbey Drive had been gritted but only a channel of snow cleared to allow one car to drive along the road. Obviously, it is not 100% certain what the local road conditions will be like tomorrow. Therefore, please avoid driving into Darley Abbey and near to school if at all possible.

Please also ensure children are dressed appropriately for the snow and cold weather tomorrow, i.e. coats, hats, gloves etc. Wellies/boots are strongly advised rather than school shoes so there is less chance children have wet feet during the school day.
