Our School Improvement Plan has been written in order to provide a structure for the future development and direction of Walter Evans as we continue to improve our practice and performance.

This plan has been developed as a result of our school self evaluation, data analysis and feedback from our most recent inspections.

The plan was adopted by the governing body and staff in April 2010.

The implementation of this plan is reported termly to staff and governors.
